[Ice Rink Tarps do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Shipping & Handling
All items purchased on our website will be shipped via FedEx or UPS ground service. We ship extremely quickly, usually within 24 business hours upon receipt of your order however during our busy months (Oct - Jan) this can extend to 48 hours business hours. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries once the package is in the hands of the carrier and any discrepancies with delivery dates should be directed to the appropriate carrier.
Our Free Shipping promo on orders over $99 will be sent via ground service only (lower 48 only)
We do not ship to PO Box addresses, APO/FPO boxes, Puerto Rico or Canada.
If you decide to cancel an order after an item has shipped or have provided a incorrect address, a $15 intercept fee will apply or if the order has been delivered you will be responsible for return shipping of the item. A 20% restock fee will apply on all returned items.
All of our products are deemed to be free from defect at the time of purchase. We do not offer an extended warranty once the product is in use due to the application they are put to. Many product defects are in fact a result of product misuse or wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault
Should you receive a faulty liner, a refund or replacement will be issued. We do not cover compensation against utility charges including but not limited to water loss, electricity bills. We do not cover for loss of income.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check for any defects before flooding. All replacements are ship asap on a ground service only.
