SHIPPING POLICY
Our office is open Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST. We aim to ship out all orders placed before 3pm ET the same day, but can take up to 2 business days during our busier months.
Any order placed over the weekend or over a public holiday will be processed the next business day.

These shipping rates apply to the Lower 48 Only. Please contact us for a quote if you are located in AK, HI.
The shipping time thereafter is dependent on your location and the shipping method chosen. Our standard shipping service is via UPS Ground; this service can usually takes 2-4 business days depending on your delivery destination. See map below for transit times.
Expedited shipping services such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air are available for an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote on these services.
*Freight Shipments (only applicable to 50x100 & 60x100 Heavy Duty Liners)
Some of our largest liners & kits that are marked "Freight Shipment" ship via freight. We use R&L Freight Carriers to get your liner to your door.
Please see below for surcharges that will apply to Freight shipments only, if not shipping to a business address, or the bottom two services are required for a business address delivery.
- Private/Residential address surcharge : +$45
- Liftgate at delivery Charge : +$35
- Call before delivery : +$15
These charges are not inflated by us, we pass on what we are charged to you.
